Key responsibilities & duties
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Qualifications and Experience Necessary
- Proven working experience as a business development or a relevant role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, is required; With experience in Oil and Gas
- Proven sales track record; we are looking for a farmer
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English, fully bilingual (French), considered an asset
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field

Key responsibilities & duties

Qualifications and Experience Necessary
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in surface land administration
- Petroleum Land Administration, EAM, or PLM certificate/degree
- Knowledge with all land and regulatory processes and documentation, including but not limited to, Land documentation, regulatory process, acquisition, third parties, caveats, etc
- Solid understanding of surface land administration, acquisition, maintenance processes and provincial land registry practices
- Superior interpersonal skills enabling effective participation in a dynamic, collaborative team environment, while demonstrating organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Fully bilingual (French), considered an asset
